Do I have to pick up my box at the same time/day/location every week?

Once you sign up for a time/day/location, that is where you will pick up every week. 

What if I'm out of town for my pickup time?

If you are out of town, and you let us know 5 days (or more) in advance, we can switch the pickup day/location for you that week.  We ask that this be a last resort - and hope that a friend or family member may pick up for you instead.  If that isn't an option, we are happy to accomodate.
